Newport Food

I eat there all the time. My main go-to is the grilled chicken. For breakfast, I get biscuits and gravy, 2 hash browns, and 2 eggs. (Last 2 days) or the 8" BLT. lunch is whatever I feel. Mix & Match w/onion rings is lunch and dinner. Good portions for the price.

This is more of a carryout than it is a sit down and enjoy. Lot of people just stand around and talk with the workers more like a hangout. Their burgers are good and so are their chicken wings.

Absolutely disappointed!!! What has happened!!! This was the worst food I have ever gotten!!! Like it was so nasty and not worth the money I spent on it!!! Never will I order again!!! I tried to fight through it but gave up. So much cheese I almost thought they forgot the fries and I had so little chicken! What happened??!

What was once a carry out corner store now has some of the most delicious and affordable food in Newport. I had the French Dip with fries and some carrot cake. The sandwich was flavorful be careful you know what veggies come on it. The fries were thick cut and crispy. Still hot after being carried 4 blocks. Finally the cake was better than significantly more expensive options. Will definitely order food here again.

I really wanted to like this place after reading how good the food was. I love little places like this, not this one. For starters, the "cook" had a cough that continued the whole time we was cooking and the other guy proceeded to tear open a pack of cigarettes right there next to the grill. I still wanted to try this place, the cook was wearing gloves. I ordered a double burger and fries with a side of cheese sticks to go, only I didn't get the cheese sticks despite being charged for them. Maybe I should've checked prior to leaving but they should have as well. The fries were awful, they were hard and cooked in old grease. The burger wasn't horrible but the mayo was. The pattys look nothing like what I saw online or on the menu board. $15 down the drain, I definitely WON'T be back.
