Only had 35 minutes for quick lunch so went into to buy premade chicken salad & pasta Salad. It was delicious & ready to go. I was in & out of there with in 10 minutes of my purchase!! Thank you NEWKS !

I'm not sure if your employees are overwhelmed, undertrained, or just hate delivery orders, but of the 8 orders I've placed at this location via either DoorDash or Uber Eats (I use both), only a single one arrived complete and correct. Of the 8 orders, 7 had a missing item. The one that was complete, was an order for a single sandwich. Pretty hard to mess up a single item, I suppose. Look, I don't know who needs to hear this, but people who order on delivery apps are ALSO your customers. In fact, we pay a 30%+ premium for the privilege. Continually stiffing your customers by not installing simple, common-sense procedures and processes to CHECK THAT ORDERS ARE CORRECT is dinging your brand left and right over something that 1. shouldn't happen in the first place and 2. is easily avoided wi

Price was high! Ryan at the Monroe location was very helpful and a joy to deal with. I will be back simply because of how nice Ryan was to my wife and I.

Very clean place, this was my first time going. The food was good. Because it was my first time going, I was unaware that a half size sandwich was 4 in so I was a little disappointed thinking it was going to be the size of a Subway 6 inch. Sandwich was good so I can't complain
