New York Fried Chicken (Towson)

You know I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before coming online with the truth, but simply refunding me my money wasn’t an option. So here we are. I ordered catfish, which is disguised and sold as SWAI! The jumbo shrimp are buy-out pre breaded average sized butterfly shrimp from your grocers freezer. Bad business guys. I called to inform them of their error (which I already knew they KNEW) but just to give them a chance to rectify, but when I asked for a refund he instead offered an exchange for another item. Sir I don’t want the items I have let alone something else being mis-advertised as something that it’s not. This sucks! I’ll never go back. It’s otherwise a clean establishment with very friendly and professional staff. This is just not the way to run a food service busine

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – A MUST-VISIT SPOT! I honestly don’t even know where to start because this place completely blew me away. You can instantly tell there’s a whole new energy since the new owners took over. Everything from the food to the vibe to the service feels refreshed, upgraded, and done with real passion. First off, the menu is INSANE in the best way possible. You can tell the new owners came in and said, “Let’s really do this right.” The flavors are bold, fresh, and straight-up addictive. The sliders are absolutely unreal perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. And don’t even get me started on the beef burger chopped cheese… WOW. My very picky kiddo loved the chicken & rice here. It had flavorful seasonings, nice presentation, and was a very generous portion. We hadn’t planned on spending a few hours here, but we had car trouble and had to wait for a tow truck. The men who work here / owners(?) were so nice to us. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

So originally my cousin told me about how good this place was & it was lunch time so I said why not? I love how clean it is when you walk in + their bathrooms are spotless. Also I love how this is a family owned business so not only is the service 10/10, but the food & the price(s) you pay for your food are affordable & worth it. If you’re in the neighborhood looking for something good & Lowkey, they are on my list.

The place was kind of dirty. Took 20-30mins to get my order. The fries and onion rings were like chewing on plastic. They have questionable food. I advise you to save your money and get chicken from elsewhere.
