New York Chicken & Gyro- Venice

Stop what you're doing rn and order the drip wings !!! Easily my fave wings ive tried from anywhere. Really enjoyed the chicken gyro and lamb platter as well. The chicken has a great marinade flavor to it and the lamb was quite juicy. Service was amazing and ambiance was sooo sick. Really great decor and artwork inside that adds to the experience. Overall, had a fantastic experience and will be back for sure!! Especially since they have wing Wednesday and a gyro happy hour 2-5pm ;)

Never been aware of NYC Gyro until today and figuring it's so close to home! To my surprise the venue was big with plenty of seats and unlike other typical Gyro places which usually has strong food scent lingering at the venue, this one has great ambiance and even feels lively as the interior features vibrant colors. Plenty of seats so great for big group. I went for their chicken gyro, which was also available in platter. I got it for to go and everything was ready in a blink, yet freshly served and still warm even when I enjoyed it at home. Lemme take a moment to appreciate the attendant serving me as he's super friendly and thorough in explaining what they offer to me. He also gave me all the different sauces to try! I truly enjoy the food here. I have enjoyed a chicken gyro wrap! It was delicious!! Just like the first time I tried this restaurant when it was apart of a ghost kitchen. It's awesome to see their new location. The art work on the walls are vibrant! The location of the TV is perfect to watch a game while enjoying your meal. I ordered the chicken gyro, which is a spicy chicken wrapped in a pita bread with lettuce and tomato. I had the white sauce and spicy red sauce on the side!! I received my food fresh, hot and fast! It’s cool or see a pay phone inside the restaurant. The restroom is a gender neutral restroom.

This place is located right ny Lincoln and Rose. I like how they had graffiti and murals on the walls. Unsure about dedicated parking, might be only street but I got parking right out front when I went. The food was really good. When I got there because the nice guy at the counter suggested the mix Platter. Since I was not a fan of lamb, he immediately gave me a sample to try. He told me the lamb is 90% lamb and 10% beef and ok, I guess I am a fan of lamb now. The meat was juicy and full of flavor. The chicken was also good but my absolute favorite? What did they put in the BROWN BASMATI RICE?!? It was nothing I've ever tasted and also brown basmati? How do I get my Indian mom to switch over to this. Anyway, everything was delish. What a great experience, lots of food and love from the team when we went! Food was great. I overheard another customer say it brought him back to New York, and I would agree. The pita was soft and the meat was tender. The gyro came with 3 sauces too. Would recommend Free street parking. I read there's a small lot in the back, but we didn't check
