New York Bagel Company

My husband and I came in this morning and it was not busy. Service was fast enough and worker was nice, however, our food was almost inedible. My bagel was so hard and stale I couldn’t bite it, and the strawberry cream cheese on my bagel also had dead/rotten sprouts in it, and my husbands had such an excess of butter by the time he got to eat them they were soggy. I personally will not choose this location anymore, have never had this issue at other locations.

My co-workers and I really enjoy this location. I love the bagel chips so much! The location is always clean and welcoming. On the counter are usually fresh baked desserts that are always amazing. Service is fast. Food is delicious!!!

If I could leave a zero star I would. I had a mobile order, got back to work and noticed that half of my bagel chips had mold sprouting all over them…Called to let them know about it and all I got was an “I’m so sorry”. Will not be returning to this location again.

I usually go to this place about once a month and they are consistently nice, clean and never really crowded. I always get great service and they're Reuben croissant is the best I've ever had 😋 nice choice of healthy beverages and they have Community coffee which as you know is a MUST in Louisiana 😅 So keep up the great service and keep on rocking the great sandwiches.

They don't even own a toaster. EVERYTHING you eat from there was once frozen and microwaved, even the bagels are microwaved. They may make them from scratch but they microwave them to heat them up. Not toasted. For a $10 breakfast sandwich, you'd get more for your buck with a box of frozen Jimmy Deans.
