The staff is hit or miss, always on their phones, laptops or having a conversation on their air pods while with a customer. The service is very inconsistent at best, some days you’ll get someone who’s on it but most days it’s a half ass job wrong cream cheese, not cut in half, just thrown on the counter at the customer they cant even hand it to you same scenario when your cashing out? God for bid you ask a question they will then start all speaking in Spanish and start making fun of the customers. Some places need a manager on duty at all times this establishment is one that could use someone with strong customer service skills, who is out going and able to help whoever comes their way, the manager they have now prefers to hide in the back room with the majority of her staff.

Editing my previous review. The bagels here are great. I was very happy to see dairy-free options for milk (almond and oat milk) and bagels (peanut butter and jelly). But the service is not good. You really need to get better staff here or this location is not going to succeed.

Giving this a 1 start . I order a bacon egg and cheeese and it was nasty . I also ordered an onion bagel with chives cream cheese on the side and did not receive my cream cheese . I also ordered a hot coffee caramel with cream and sugar and I got no caramel no cream or sugar . By far the worst breakfast experience I have had . I do NOTTTT recommend spending money here

Been going to New York bagel 🥯 for over 20 years in DARTMOUTH I finally decided to go to the MOBILE gas station in Acushnet ma and try it out. I went there at 11Am in the morning. You would think the bagels were fresh. No my was dry and steal yeck — already disappointed 👎👎👎👎SHAME

I live up street from here so happy to have a good place to grab a REAL breakfast sandwich on way to work. I will be honest and say there a little slow but I can only assume becuase it's a new place so I'm sure they will get faster. I have no complaints about the food, I've even stopped for lunch for a turkey bagelwich and was happy with it. Maybe it's the military in me that I'm just not picky. Sometimes I wish people would realise they should be greatfull what they have, if you could see the poverty I've seen at the places I've been in military
