New Ravens Pizza

I ordered an Italian Coldcut… unfortunately I didn’t receive what I wanted or expected! When I called the shop I was told that I 110 percent received an Italian cold cut! Pretty crazy because that weird looking meat in the picture is NOT Italian salami, cappicola or any ham I have ever encountered!! The man who answered was unwilling to replace my order and was satisfied with letting me remain unsatisfied! I will NOT be a repeat customer!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. All I got was a cheesesteak on 9/21/25. I asked them for no tomatoes and hots on the side. They put tomatoes on the side and still put hots on it. I said something to them before leaving the store and they assured me it had no hots on it and they were incorrect. I called and requested a refund since I wasn’t coming back in the area. They stated they would I should see something in a couple days. Today is Friday I pulled up on them and they said they never issued it since their boss wasn’t there. I asked when he would be there to at least approve the refund Alan at the front said he never comes in!! Idk what they got going on but god forbid your foods incorrect they WILL NOT give you a refund. I normally wouldn’t act this way over something so small

We decided to get the King Kong from here. It was massive and was really food. Next time we will try the thin crust version. So big it had to go in the back of the suv. Let me add the staff was very polite.

As another Review stated, this definitely was a waste of my money! Pizza was mediocre, wings were the TERRIBLE!!!!! Looks like they baked the wings for 2 mins., then sat them on the counter and sprinkled “old” Old Bay on one side of the wings. I didn’t even want to attempt to try them. Wings were beige in color with a sprinkle of seasoning. Should’ve just made Peanut butter & Jelly sandwich and called it a night!!!! I can say the only thing that was decent was the delivery driver was polite🤷🏾‍♂️
