Customer service pretty bad and only follow script instead of solving issues. Reelshort app has become al.ist u usable with 1-3 !## 30-60 seconds to unlock an episode of 1-2 minutes. A lot of the ads are scam casino type games or "miracle" cure products without ability to eliminate them. Despite Google review app say contact customer service to resolve error purchase in backup phone for 1 year subscription or c$316.39 when I rolled over the phone while asleep, cancelpeenlessnthan 2 hours later when I woke up and realize it happened but deadh charged Customer service kept saying it I'd not refi doable or try to get me to sign up.dor another subscription then refund / partial refund.
