Cattleman's Family Restaurant

I ordered the Hawaiian chicken which is served with rice and a salad. All of it was good but the chicken was overcooked. I could barely cut it with a sharp knife and most definitely could not chew it. I was grateful for the serving size of the salad and rice because the chicken wasn't eatable. My partner at the table ordered catfish and it was delicious. The person serving us was friendly and cordial but not attentive at all. I understand she was busy but she never even looked in our direction.

Being country is a poor excuse for unsanitary conditions. This place is filthy. Dining room carpet is filthy. The log walls are heavy with dust. The chandelier has cobwebs. Months of dirt in every corner. Restroom is ignored. Won't be returning to this place.

I Love this Place my Grandpa used to take me to the sale all the time and now I stop in every chance I get The People are great country folks not affected by the big city Trash so if you have a problem with the People or the Food you need to step back and ask yourself what has the big city life done to me … and I Love the food and the service is great so Please take a little pause from your fast Pace life and you will see you to will come to love life again

Honestly I was hesitant about eating here as a few years ago I’d eaten here a few times and every time it was overpriced and not very good quality. They’re under new management if not ownership now and let me tell you that steak was the best tasting steak I’ve had in a minute!! The lot is huuuggeee. I don’t think they have a problem with truckers parking here especially considering the food is worth spending some money here. The staff was friendly, professional , personable, and polite. The pricing for the quality of food is good. There’s one urinal and one working stall in the mens and the door on it is tiny 😂 but it’s fairly clean and well stocked. I’m glad I decided to give the food another chance and I’ll definitely be coming back when I take a load this way.
