Shoreline’s Best Korean BBQ Value! Rating: (5/5) "If you're looking for high-quality, all-you-can-eat KBBQ in Shoreline, stop scrolling. Gangnam is it! The variety is huge, but the quality is what stands out. They keep their coolers perfectly stocked with beautifully sliced meats, especially the thinly sliced Angus Beef Belly —it cooks up perfectly and is incredibly fresh. Beyond the brisket, they have flavorful marinades like their classic Bulgogi and several spicy pork options. The buffet setup is spotless and constantly being refreshed. This place is a phenomenal value for the price. Come hungry, leave happy!"
Our long-time favorite Korean AYCE BBQ joint in North Lynnwood closed, and we wanted this food for lunch, so we decided to stop in. The lunch menu is already complete, including such favorites as pork belly, teriyaki chicken, spicy pork and Angus beef brisket. Plenty of meat. They also have a lot of banchan selections, and my usual go-to condiments (ssamjang, lettuce leaf, raw garlic and sliced fresh jalapenos). You have to have a minimum of two people for the AYCE, but that's easy enough for us since it's usually just the wife and me. The Angus beef brisket was particularly excellent. I always like the brisket and New Gangnam's supply is very good quality. FOH staff are attentive, making sure we always had refills of ice water and barley tea; also to clear away our empty plates. My new favorite kbbq place. They have one farther north if you want premium meats. I tend to like the un marinated thin sliced beef so this is perfect for me. I like the buffet concept and that you can take as much or little as you want which helps minimize food waste. And there’s sauces and seasoning readily available. Bonus you don’t have to deal with a bossy Oma
This place is one of the best Korean barbecue places around. They have a lunch special buffet that’s only $25. All you can eat and at night they have an all you can eat buffet that’s 32 38 and $42. They have all the meat you can never ask for and all the side dishes and even if a free ice cream machine if you want some Korean barbecue stop by here.
An all you can eat buffet with three price points. Most of the meats and veggies are in a bar in which you have to self-serve. You cook your own here with no assistance. Overall, this place was okay for the price point. It wasn't bad but the food is not particularly fresh. The scallops were rock hard frozen. So was the ribeye.
