New China

This is always my go to when i’m wanting some delicious Chinese food,Im happy that they have the buffet back up and they always keep the food fresh and hot. The owners are always friendly and happy to help you decide what to eat if you’re interested in trying something different. Clean and kid friendly environment. I enjoy eating here. 🤤

Egg rolls were too salty. Crab Rangoon were oddly shaped. General Tsos was good as always and also the steamed dumplings. This is our usual go to Chinese restaurant here but something has changed. And no fortune cookies🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Was staying a week in Nags Head and decided to get some Chinese food. They did not disappoint! Got my order in a good time frame and it was nice and hot! I ordered 2 things of orange chicken, chicken lo mein, and crab ragoon. This was enough to feed 5 people! 2 adults, one teenager, and 2 kids (6&4).

Hot and sour soup and wonton were good but shrimp and broccoli and shrimp in lobster sauce were unbelievably sweet and I had to throw mine away. Ok if you like sugar in your Chinese!

I called 45mins. from closing, they took my order with no issue.. the food was hot and the lo-mein I requested with no onions, had no onions " thank you".. the chicken chow mein was hot and tasted good, the crab Rangoon was not my favorite but not bad, my favorite was the egg-rolls which tasted fresh and wasn't oily or overcooked.. the price was reasonable and I was impressed with the flavor overall..its worth driving a little further for me from Manteo to Nags Head for the friendly customer service, taste of the food and price.. To those who waited on me at " New China Buffet ". Thank you for the great customer service after spending a few days in a hospital in Raleigh and arriving home late and hungry, you really were awesome! I will definitely be returning. And to others I recommend
