wonderful staff, real pride of place. The mid-century modern vibe of the building is actually kind of dope, they don’t do ‘em like that anymore.

My family and I love coming to this library for the crafts and book sale. This is a smaller library, so the selection of books is not always the best, but the staff are AMAZINGLY KIND. This library has the best librarians in all of New Bedford, Dartmouth, and Fairhaven. It is one of the further libraries from us, but we can always count on them being kind, especially to our kids.

I just wanted to share how helpful and friendly Jessica was during my recent visit to Howland Library. Jessica was patient, knowledgeable, and really cared about making sure everything came out right.

Great staff and a wonderful peaceful place to read or use the computer

The Staff is real friendly and overall a nice group of people. Unfortunately, the same can not be said for a good chunk of the Clientele, the Place sometimes feels like The SRTA Bus Terminal, lol!
