Never gets mad even if you're the worst. Guilty! He'll price match and look for all the deals and rebates and give you options. Even if he makes a mistake he always makes it right. Don't bring your wife or girlfriend as they will fall for his charm. I know I did.

Yes if you are Asian they are right there helping you. I went in have $1000 dollars of merchandise and they looked at me like I was stupid. Multiple customers came in after me me and they were right there helping them. Wrong last name and over priced

Good service. Good prices. Good selections. When I worked for a major retail market bakery and we ran into a urgent problem, I was sent to a competitor in Monterey Park. I was outraged at the price they were charging. Called New Asia & was quoted a much lower price. Almost thought it would be an inferior product or in correct price. But much to my surprise it was great product & price. While I had been make some small purchases I had not compared prices. I did after. Continue to be a regular customer

First time visiting New Asia today. Customer service is great, and they are willing to help you out. Great selection, prices are about the same as other places i've shopped. Found what I needed and more. Will definitely be back, the place is organized, clean, and every item is price marked.
