Nespresso

This is a beautiful and very busy Nespresso store in Tyson corner! So, before I dive into the review, the coffee and espresso are delicious! ❤️ They have a system where when you walk in, you’re put on a waitlist. You’re told the approximated wait time and once they’re ready for you, you’re offer to indulge in tastings of coffees and espressos and it’s all complimentary. You don’t have to buy anything, but of course, the idea of going to the store should be to purchase something. 😁You can shop for capsules ,coffee makers, accessories… etc. The staff is very friendly, but they are truly structured. This was the busiest Nespresso store I have been in so far. One thing I must say, I love the fact that they recycled the capsules to help our amazing earth! You are given free shipping bag or bag

I had a great experience with Zarnab at the Tyson's corner location. It was crowded but Zarnab did great making me feel listened to. I kept gushing over her because her ability to discuss with me the features in a way that didn't under-sell me or oversold me left me impressed. First time Nespresso user and the quality of the product is great! I am a business traveler so I didn't have room to take a coffee machine back but will call look in m state to purchase

Walked in and no one greeted me at the door to sign up for “service”. I had to ask for help, and who I assume was the manager (white skinny lady, mid 30s-40s, skinny) was super rude about it. A tall young dark-skinned guy was nice and helpful, and another bigger white lady was sweet too. She ultimately provided great service. Rude lady, be friendly and explain the sign-up process to confused walk-ins instead of being nasty!

My wife and I got to sample some coffee there. It was great and packed a punch ! They also sell capsules and coffee machines. We sat at the bar to sample the coffee, the bar man / staff member was very welcoming and gave us ample information about the location and the coffee story.

I’ve been to other Nespresso stores where picking up a few sleeves is done with ease and quickly. I waited 15 minutes in a ‘queue’ to buy a few sleeves before I gave up and walked out. There were workers doing nothing and walking to the by while I stood there waiting for my turn. Makes no sense at all how this store is managed. Like… the person standing there putting people in a queue could clearly be more value added by working at a register.
