Neko Sushi & Korean and Japanese restaurant

This cozy spot is my absolutely favorite for ramen. I typically go for the spicy vegetable ramen and add mushrooms. It is always served piping hot and the spice level is perfect. This is great for us spicy food lovers because we can skip our requests for a side of hot oil or pepper flakes and just dive right into ramen heaven. lol. This particular visit, I added kimchee per the owner’s recommendation and it totally elevated my soup. It felt good that she recognized me after several months hiatus. The service felt heartfelt. For that, Neko has a friend in me forever. Dine local.

I had the yakisoba noodles, and they were okay. The sushi was great, especially the fatty tuna, it was mouth-melting. The service could have been better, as they gave us dirty glasses and kept forgetting items. We had to ask for soy sauce, and the table next to us had to ask for cutlery and soy sauce as well. They do have a free parking garage in the back.

Fresh! This is the best food I have had in a long time! The Good Morning Roll was so good. The tuna was the best I have had. Service was in the slow side but the food made it worth it .

Loved Neko Sushi! We had the poke bowl and Alaskan roll—everything was super fresh, flavorful, and well made. Great portions, cozy vibe, and friendly service. Definitely coming back! 🍣💖

Wonderful urban Korean/Japanese Fusion. Spicy Kimchi and Spicy Beef Ramen — both ordered Extra Spicy, of course — were amazing! Hope to come back soon for some Sushi. Very good service with seating inside or outside in Hyde Park!
