Authentic menu and flavor profile on par with what you can find in Tokyo. Everything I had was delicious, perfect noodle cook which is hard to find, and great appetizers, draft beer, and sake to complement the ramen. Highly recommend.

Hands down one of the BEST spots in Manchester VT! I've loved everything I have ever ordered from them. Their new space is beautiful and so welcoming. Everyone there is kind and truly happy to see you. Plus they do take out!!

Neighborhood Noodle blew me away! I went for lunch with a friend and there was no wait when we arrived at opening but it quickly filled up. The restaurant is stunning with soft green details and handmade fixtures. It’s modern, bright, and clean. The pork gyoza was the best gyoza I’ve ever had in my life and is a must order!! We also enjoyed the spinach which had a nice sesame crunch. I could eat the ramen every single day! Everything about Neighborhood Noodle is five stars. And bonus, I asked about allergens for future visits as my son has a severe shellfish allergy, and they took the time to explain which dishes he could order and I now feel confident bringing him in. Ordered the edamame, gyoza, and shoyu broth with chashu and a marinated egg. Gyoza was a bit disappointing for the price. For the ramen, broth and noodles were pretty good but the chashu was poorly done and although the egg was cooked well you really wouldn’t be able to taste that it was marinated. Really nice for bringing more diversity to the Manchester food scene though.
