Neffdale Farm of Paradise

This was a lovely place to stay. Glenda is such a warm person and fantastic host. She introduced us to the animals. She even brought out a plethora of toys for my children to play with! There is even a playground set in the yard next to the farmhouse! My three-year-old loved collecting eggs from the chickens and playing with the cats and kittens. My one-year-old loved watching the cows. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and my family got a bathroom to ourselves. Everything in the house was very clean and homey. Breakfast included coffee, cereal, pastries, toast, and fresh-cut fruit. We would stay here again!

We shared our love of Lancaster with friends who had never been to the Amish country. Our stay at Neffdale Farm was relaxing & peaceful. The Neffs were warm and willing to share their love of farming with us. Our rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. We especially enjoyed the covered swing in the yard. Breakfast was simple - continental - and all we needed. We stopped each morning for iced coffee and freshly made donuts at "Sugar on Top" in Strasburg - highly recommended!!

We stayed 3 nights in Neffdale farm with 2 little kids. Glenda was very nice and really took care of every thing we ased for The kids enjoyed the farm very much feeding the cows, collecting eggs and playing in the small playround. The surrounding area is beautifull as well - Strassburg, Lititz and all the Amish County.

My husband and I arrived at the beautiful Neffdale Farm a bit earlier than the recommended check-in time, however Charlie and Glenda both greeted and welcomed us with friendly smiles. Upstairs in the farmhouse are 3 guest rooms situated aside each other and 2 bathrooms on the other side. Our room, the Rose Garden Room, decorated with flowered wall paper, a rocking chair in one corner, recliner in the other and a pretty patchwork quilt across the bed, faced the backside of the house overlooking the farm. After a crazy day of running around, it was a sweet place to return to and relax.||||In the morning, seeing cows outside and other horses and sheep grazing in nearby fields, hearing the roosters crowing and the wonderful sights and sounds of the horse and buggies rolling up and down the

Our stay here was one of the best parts of our vacation. The countryside is beautify. Glenda was very accommodating and hospitable. We enjoyed learning about dairy life. We were able to watch the milking and help feed the calves. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. We were looking forward to our stay here and it surpassed our expectations.
