Saying that this is a Jim of a place, is an understatement. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted with open arms as if I was family. Granted, this is a family owned establishment. Such a lovely atmosphere. I went in on a Thursday where they have a 2 for 1 fish sandwich special, as long as you purchase a side. The cashier was such a sweet lady, and she also had the duties of taking orders over the phone as well. I chose to get the fried fish platter that comes with fries. I opted to get the greens instead. Although they accidentally gave me the fries as well, I saw that as a sign of love. The huge highlight was the cornbread. Being from the south, of course we take our soul food, seriously. 1st time customer- ordered the crab balls and Mac and cheese. I eat out all the time and was skeptical about new places. This place was absolutely amazing, and so glad I ordered extra crab balls. The owners had a vibe about em, like let the food speak for itself- and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back and try more meals, thank you guys!!

The reviews rave this place, but I have to say it was nothing to write home about and I was truly looking forward to liking the food. I ordered a fish sandwich that I liken to a nasty fish sandwich from a corner chinese store. The fish had thick breading and did not taste fresh. I also ordered Buffalo wings. They were greasy. I'm not sure if the grease was oil or the sauce. The sauce was nothing like any Buffalo sauce I've ever had.It was red and oily. The greens we're mushy and taste blah. The macaroni and cheese was pretty good. The girls that work the front were friendly. The one cook seemed miserable. I'm not sure if I would return.

THIS PLACE IS SO BANGING I HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW ON THE DRIVE HOME. The wings with sweet chili are fireee. The mac with yams fireee. Got my man some fish but i dont know if there will be any left when he gets here … CUZ WHAT. Bangingg. Even the canned soda was good lol. I will definitely be back asapp.

Customer Service,Food and Atmosphere is absolutely amazing. My entire family loves going to the restaurant.
