Great first time eating at this place, our order was to go!! They were very busy but no lack on service still with a smile, I let the main man know he can catch up and I’m not in no rush. Communication was great even got to hear a little about the business and their bbq sauce regular/spicy and pickles all made in house. Yummy stuff. I didn’t even get a picture of the Pork plate they got in haled by my husband and his client. We definitely will be back. Probably actually tomorrow to get some to go food for our oldest sons 17th bday to share with some of our family for this celebration!! We love to help support local/family friendly small businesses as we own our own small family business too!!

Tried this BBQ spot for the first time today and honestly had a really good experience! The baked beans were pretty good—personally I think they could’ve been cooked just a little longer, but still tasty. My boyfriend got the broccoli salad and LOVED it (he’s a big fan of broccoli and coleslaw, so it was basically a two-in-one win for him). Both barbecue sauces were amazing, but we both agreed the spicy one takes the crown. The pulled pork sandwich was a little on the dry side, so we definitely put that sauce to work—but even then, it was still pretty solid. The atmosphere was great and everyone working was super nice. Definitely a place we’d try again!

Blind buy cause we heard such great reviews!!! Bought 5lbs of brisket ($120 total) for a last minute playoffs game party! Very tender and great bark, was delicious and worth it! Everyone loved it, 10/10. Support local businesses cause this was so good!

Burnt ends (specialty on Saturdays) are delicious! Brisket was seasoned well and the pork was juicy. Baked potato salad was light and refreshing. BBQ sauce had just the right amount of smokiness and tang. Excellent service and thankful for the meal here.

I got brisket sandwich, half rack of ribs and a pound of hot wings. Everything was delicious. The brisket was the best I've ever had from a store. Tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned - not dry or chewy like some store bought brisket I've had. The chicken wings were perfectly smoked. I recommend extra hot sauce if you like them spicy. The ribs were also perfectly seasoned and cooked..I prefer my ribs to be fall off the bone or at least pull clean from the bone - these were a little chewy for my liking, but the sauce and the taste were phenomenal. Perfectly smoked and seasoned. The pickles were to die for and the Mac and Cheese the perfect comfort food for me. Highly recommended. Definitely the best BBQ place in Tacoma in my opinion.
