Mustard’s Last Stand — A Love Letter to Hot Dogs & Local Vibes Let’s be honest: hot dogs are already magical — they’re basically edible joy sticks. But here at Mustard’s, they’re legendary. This isn’t just a place to eat a hot dog. This is where hot dogs go to become icons, where toppings have identity crises, and where your taste buds might ask for a raise after the first bite. Wanderlog 🧆 The Culture (aka Why Everyone Talks About It) From the moment you stroll up, you feel it — this place isn’t trying to be fancy, it is fancy in its own unapologetically laid-back way. It’s been dishing out creative dogs and good times since the late 1980s, carving out its spot in Melbourne’s food scene and hearts. The Treasure Coast Foodie People don’t just eat here — they experience it. A family favorite for us for years! Thanks for consistently serving great Hotdogs!!! Explore the whole menu, you won't regret it. I have gained a new favorite almost every time we stop in.
I have been here a number of times and it's awesome. Give yourself some time to look over the menu as there are so many different topping choices. I tried the chili and cheese this last trip and it was excellent. The buns are incredibly soft and look like kaiser rolls in the shape of a hot dog bun. The shoestring fries were hot and delicious. Dining is all outdoors so you grab your drink and condiments inside, give them your name and they bring your order out shortly thereafter. The bathroom was spotless, but I may have been the first person in it that day. There are no paper towels to dry your hands with, which is annoying. The only other downer is that you are enticed to tip through the point of sale. I personally find that annoying as I would rather leave cash. If you like hot dogs, make
Mustard's makes my hometown proud! Hands down my favorite lunch spot, and I go there every week. The menu is packed with adventurous hot dog creations—if you need a recommendation, try the Elvis Pigsly, Ricky Ricardo, Eau Gallie Dog, or Shroom Dog (just thinking about it is making my mouth water!). They're super affordable, and the vanilla drink on the soda fountain is just chef's kiss. The cooks are amazing—you can tell they love their job because every dog is cooked to perfection. Trust me, you'll love this place as much as I do!
Hot dog was not very good, not the worst ever, but still not very good. Moo’s is 100x better. Fries were so disappointing. They were cold and soggy, not crispy at all.
