I ordered 4 different roasts of two different beans. They were roasted beautifully, which really brought out different flavor profiles of each bean. The expert roasting really brought out the best of these premium coffees. I will be buying more. Btw...my favorite was the Dark Roast Columbian and I usually prefer a medium roast, but these Columbian beans were amazing!
