Mt. Hermon Branch Library

This library is so cute, clean and organized. Also, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting! They have a lovely outdoor seating area too.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection of books and DVD’s. They have some books that are not available at the Danville city library. Very pleasant place to visit.

(Updated) I've visited this branch for years and each visit has been satisfactory. I'm impressed with their relocation from a couple of years ago. There are more computers, two restrooms, library lockers, and a patio area. It's worth visiting, a public service worth supporting.

It's a cute little library with about a dozen computers. Yesterday, the noise level was super intolerable. Librarian Angela said that it was the children's story hour. That sort of thing needs to be done in a place whereas it won't disturb other patrons, but even though the rules outlined on the computers in 20 point font state, "No talking on cell phones, Speak in low tones, etc.," all the patrons and staff were speaking at normal volumes ~ no attempts were made to lower their voices so as not to disturb others. Furthermore, there was a lady there with 2 infants, screaming and crawling all over! I left and came back about 4 pm, and Sharon was assisting me at the computer, then suddenly she said, "Excuse me," and never came back. I asked the other lady who I'd overheard saying she was part
