Carini's Express Italian Food

Have been a customer since I moved here in 2008, original owners were awesome, everything great. Since the current owners took over, pizza quality has gone downhill. Used to order 2-3 large pizza's on Fridays for game nights, have totally stopped due to quality and price.

Been in Danville for a few weeks and I've been going around trying all the Italian places cuz oh my gosh there's so many Italian places this town. I've specifically been trying to find the best pizza in town. Carini's Express Italian food has the pizza absolutely dialed in. The pizza and a bunch of other places as funky crust or a flat sauce. But carini's Pizza is the real deal. Biggest disappointment about the place is that there's nowhere to sit down. Enjoy a beer and watch a game. But I can't really fault them for that being that they're a to-go place only. I love the food guys, can't wait to come back and try something else, but I think I might need to give all pizza a rest for 2 or 3 weeks!

If you asked me a year ago, I'd say 5stars all day, I live not even a mile from the place and remember when it first opened years ago, We use to ride the 4wheelers up there and eat. The owner more than likely knows who's writing the review. We were the only ones that did that. Carini was a super cool dude. Haven't seen him in a while not sure if someone took over, but the last few times I've been disappointed in the pizza. $21 for a large (2) topping pizza and a tip, but I've only been getting a one topping. And you can't really say anything because the pizza is already done unless you want to wait longer plus the younger guys in there now are a hit and miss sometimes they are friendly other times it seems like you're bothering them. But I still give them busy, I just stick to the One topp

These guys absolutely smash it out of the park, every single time. Carini's is hands down the best Italian American food in Danville- so glad to have ordered the Ziti Artura today Everything tasted fresh as usual, the packaging is always tidy and the service is polite, concise and enthusiastic! I put pepper on the food as pictured but you can we it's seasoned well thoughout, it looks more vibrantly colored in person by camera doesn't do it justice!

The food at Carinis is delicious. We have tried lots of things from the menu and they are all really good. The pizza is awesome.
