MT Delivery

Second delivery from pottery Barn where the furniture either didn't show up, or showed up over 5 hrs late without so much as any notice. It is unfortunate that this happened twice but this review is strictly about MT Delivery. They give you a specific time but don't expect it to get there at that time, at that time of the day in a certain window or even that day at all. In some, do not expect to get your items, do not expect to get them on time and do not expect any communication from this organization that clearly cannot communicate between themselves. The good news is the delivery guys were polite professional and did a great job. The administration needs a lot of help however. UPDATE. I have changed the rating from 2 to 4 stars. Working with MT Delivery was the epitome of professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. They delivered everything on time and exactly as promised. Would highly recommend working with them.

Great experience today with these guys. Highly recommend. White glove set up. Even helped me move a bunch of my furniture to place 2 rugs. They will be my provider of choice.

MT Delivery delivered my Peloton bike perfectly. Care was taken upon bringing it in to not hit any doorways or walls, he helped me set up the bike and ran through the basic orientation of how to get it going. Delivery was on time and amazing.

Matt and his team at MT Delivery take the time to understand what the customer wants and are fully insured in case any issues happen! It is great to get your stuff delivered and installed!
