Ms. Zee's Kitchen

This restaurant popped up on a random Saturday and I was very intrigued! A soulfood spot in Oroville?? I HAD to give it a go. I brought my girlfriend and we ordered the Catfish Basket and the Shrimp Basket with a peach cobbler cake for dessert. All the food was absolutely incredible and the atmosphere made it even tastier. The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get and just the one catfish basket filled me up perfectly. I definitely recommend supporting this business! They are really nice and make you feel like family! Shoutout to Ms Zee! Made me feel welcomed from the start 🤟

This restaurant is a must go. If you love soul food like shrimp catfish oysters this is it. In the center of historical downtown oroville the owner is a delightful woman reminds me of my meemom so inviting and always bringing a smile to people's faces. The food was amazing I have been back several times since they opened. They never fail in quality of food customer service and can't beat the price. If you ever feel like going to the town of oroville you have to stop and try this food. I would recommend this place to everyone I know and more so please come enjoy this family owned business
