Mrs Grove's Bakery

Welcome to my new addiction:). Lovely little bakery with many offerings including cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies and quiches. I has the buttery and sweet bunker hills but will have to go back for the bear claws and the pecan bar. Parking is available. The place is jammed packed on a Friday morning but it’s worth the wait!

This is the cutest place. Everyone is so kind! I got the raspberry sticky bun and OMG it is so good! Huge, fluffy, and full of filling. I am so happy we found this place on a today trip, and I'm sad I live so far away from it!

Mrs. Grove's has become a weekly tradition for my daughter and I. The cakes are delicious, but the cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing are our top pick. Really, the icing is incredible no matter what flavor you pick! Definitely recommend!

I. Grew up right across the street from the very first Mrs. Groves bakery. Then followed them to downtown Altoona., and now out to where they are now. I love their peanut sticks. But you can't get wrong with anything you choose.

Since they moved I had forgotten how wonderful Mrs Groves sticky buns were until I purchased some from my nieces fundraiser. Holy moly! I will be driving the extra 10 miles to get them now. Nothing else compares!
