I had smothered pork chops, green beans and macaroni and cheese and my husband had salmon cake l, eggs and grits. The food was great. The pork chop was very tender falling off the bone. Highly recommend. Not much seating inside.

I got the turkey legs with collard greens and potato salad and when I tell you it's bomb, it's bomb!!! Best soul food place in town!! We were greeted the second we walked in and the customer service was phenomenal!! Great atmosphere and all around good vibes!!! Definitely would go back again!! If you don't know if you should try this spot, do so you wont regret it!

Eased in for lunch. It's a basic local hole in the wall location that normally conceals fantastic food with legit cooks...they did not disappoint! The mac and cheese...LAWD! The yams came right behind em on fire too! And the fish was fresh and hot out the grease...made me call momma and ask her was she In Petersburg cooking on the down low! Do yourself a favor and MAKE TIME to get a plate!

I found Mrs. Geda's Kitchen on Google during a recent trip while searching for breakfast. The reviews on Google were good, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I had the best salmon pattie I've ever tasted. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly. The grits were really good, but if you add a hint of sugar... you will not regret it. You're welcome😊. While it's a quaint and modest spot, the service is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel genuinely welcomed. Although the ambiance may not be upscale, the outstanding service, food, and welcoming atmosphere more than make up for it. If you're looking for a satisfying home style breakfast with heartfelt warmth, this place will not disappoint!

I had the fish, Mac and cheese and collards. Everything tasted so good! Taste homemade that grandma use to cook. I'd definitely will be coming back to try something else. The staff was so nice and polite and accomodating. I gave atmosphere a 3 stars because it was a tad warm and not many seats. Not a big deal actually but it's more of a hole in the wall, Mom and Pop type place.
