Mr.Panchos Mexican Food

No refills on drinks. Had to ask repeatedly for napkins and to go boxes. Service was- oh wait what service?! Ticket never brought to table. Food was overpriced for the quality. Our daughter and son-in-law took us out for my husbands birthday. Next time we will travel a little further down the road to Pine Bluff or Little Rock.

These are suppose to be chicken street tacos. I drove all the way home before noticing. Not to mention this cost $22! So I call the restaurant and told them their mistake and they wanted me to drive back up there to give them the tacos to replace with chicken! I was polite but patients wore thin because it was a long day. They need to google on how to provide customer service and not make the customer fix their mistake when it’s so inconvenient! I am still shocked on how poorly they handled this situation. Completely disappointment and would not recommend to anyone unless they have the patience to right someone else’s mistake after a long days work. Unbelievable!

I always like to give my honest opinion and the beef tacos did not taste like beef and so of course my beef taco salad wasn't what I expected however the cheese enchilada was great my husband did like it he said the tamales were not good either

Worst Mexican food I’ve ever had The meat was tough and flavorless and also served warm I wouldn’t feed it to my dog The guacamole didn’t have any tomatoes or onions The salsa was watered down The only thing good was the coke

The food was good this time this tacos were very delicious and the waitress was friendly.
