Mr. Peeper's Ice Cream.

Mr Peepers Ice Cream in Swansea, MA is okay overall. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly enough, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. That said, the ice cream cakes are decent — good flavor, nicely put together, and worth trying if you need a cake for an occasion. Not a must-visit, but a solid local option if you're in the area.

As soon as I walked in, it smelled like spoiled milk, which is very off-putting for an ice cream shop. I decided to order anyway, hoping for the best, but the two young ladies working were unfriendly and came across as very arrogant. On top of that, my order didn’t taste like the flavor I ordered. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. Management should really address the cleanliness and hire some new staff.

Average ice cream, i got coffee oreo and my son got cookie dough Inside had an odor but the employee was friendly and the ice cream portions were good. I definitely prefer a creamier ice cream but not bad ! Sat outside to eat ice cream

Owner there is extremely kind and helpful. The employees there are also the same; helpful and kind. Best ice cream cakes in the area for events.

The ice cream cakes are good. The service and communication are terrible. My family has been getting birthday cakes here for a few years and there is always an issue. In early 2020, we showed up to pick up our cake to see the image was really messed up and were asked to pay full price. We were told their machine was having an issue, we were not told that none of their colors were working. We left, and they ended up chasing us out the door saying we could have it for free. I didn't want to leave a review then because we ended up taking the cake... but we almost ended up with no cake, because why should we pay full price for a mistake? (See attached photos of what we got vs what we ordered). I didn't go back in 2021 but foolishly decided to try again in 2022. We called in advance to try an
