Mr M's Sandwich Shop

We don't eat subs often, but when we do we always go to Mr. M's. I was craving a delicious sub and called my order in. Without a second thought grabbed my order and went about my merry way. However when I got home my sandwiches were totally wrong! Beautiful subs, just not what I ordered. I spoke to Eric and he was truly sorry and promised to make it right. And he did. I went back today and he gave me sub/hoagie/grinder perfection. They understand the construction of an excellent sub. Quality, fresh ingredients. Thin sliced meats piled up just right. Sliced Tomatoes and finely sliced onions, shredded lettuce (by request) and any other toppings you enjoy. And the bread ( white sub roll is our choice) mmm mmm good! Onion invasion: I’ve heard about Mr. M’s over the years and just had not yet been. I have been recommended to go there many times. It is a solid local spot with sandwiches, breakfast choices, dessert options, meat by the pound and even a self service kiosk. The space is open and a nice large counter making ordering a breeze. The service was friendly. I cannot say that my sandwiches will get the best rating. I do not eat onion and asked the girl at the counter if they had olives. She said that they did so I asked to include them in my sandwich. When I paid my bill there was an “up charge” for the olives?? Also, they prepared my sandwich on a cutting board that was shared with onions so my whole sandwich tasted of onion which I don’t eat. It was a disappointment. I think overall Mr. M’s

Ari was fantastic—super attentive and friendly while taking our order. It was a slower moment for the shop, so we hung out and kept them company as they wrapped up for the night. The food? Absolutely delicious. The subs were fresh and packed with flavor, and if you’re into kettle-style chips, theirs hit the spot. Tons of drink options to choose from, and the desserts? OMG. The fresh-baked cookies were unreal, and that giant cookie is a must-try. Still dreaming about the banana pudding I didn’t get to try!

The moment my car door open, the aroma freshly made sandwiches pulled me straight into their store. I had heard great things about this long time local shop, and was determined to try their pizza philly, pulled pork, and Italian subs. With great and speedy service, the subs came out absolutely delicious. My family and I devoured it all leaving ourselves with full bellies and no leftovers. We even had a chance to meet the fantastic owners who really put in that for to ensure the shop is making its customers happy and we certainly left that way. Looking forward to returning soon!

Our very first visit at Mr. M’s Sandwich shop and they did not disappoint! Customer service was excellent and Ari is the best. Thank you so much for the additional suggestions and for your kindness! Ordered the grilled corn beef sandwich on rye and the ham sub! Both were very good and we will be back.
