Super fun hidden vegan restaurant cafe. Don’t be intimidated by the vegan food. The tuna fish/not tuna fish was my favourite but I was not sure at first. The potato salad is a must have

My wife and I keep this place as one of our favorite little local havens. Honestly, they have no competition. Everything here is 100% organic, made with love, and absolutely no seed oils. Denis and Lynn care deeply about what they serve, and it shows in every bite. They’re not just owners, they’re passionate and trustworthy people who built something truly special. The onion flax bread is a must. Hummus 10/10. Sweet potato lentil soup 10/10. Potato salad 10/10. Veggie burger 10/10. Sunflower tuna pâté 10/10. Honestly, I could list the entire menu. This place is a hidden gem. And whatever you do, don’t skip their Cuban-style cappuccino with blended almond butter and maple syrup. It’s a dream.

Support small vegan businesses! I got the bento box! So nice to be able to experience various things from the menu. The owner Dennis is so friendly. He was giving out samples of chai tea and just chatting with everyone. I also got a holy basil latte and a warm brownie. I used to come here 7 years ago I when I lived in the area and the same community vibe and delicious food exists.

Great tranquil space with all vegan food and mostly organic and raw food options. Service was excellent along with great desserts and many coffee/tea selections.

Tried this place for the first time today and we were pleasantly surprised! Not only was the food tasty, healthy, and varied, but the staff was very warm and welcoming as well. We ordered the Bento grande and highly recommend it
