The owner, a genuine gem with a heart of gold, welcomed us with open arms, creating a warm, family friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I had the Reuben and it was perfectly crafted and bursting with flavor along with the loaded hot dog, topped with mouthwatering homemade chili, was so divine it had me eagerly anticipating our next visit to Old 34 Grill. Wonderful little restaurant. The food is tasty and the servings are very big. My son and I split a chicken bacon ranch sub easily. My wife's fried shrimp were large and flavorful. Fries and onion rings were great. I definitely recommend Old 34 Grill.

The grilled cheese is basically the only reasonably priced item on the menu, and it's still overpriced. Literally $6.50 for a baked potato with butter and a side of sour cream, $14 quesadilla? $14 frozen meatball sub? I'm all about supporting local, but sounds like someone took out a loan too large and is hoping that charging 200% markup for frozen and processed food might get them to skate by- sorry bud, you've got to either have quality or quantity, and you're asking for chain restaurant prices with a bumpkin menu. 0% hate, just honesty. I suggest keep the prices or read into some decent recipes- you can make some delicious food on a low budget and still make a profit.
