Mr. Hero

Heard one of the employees flush the toilet and watched her go straight back to the kitchen without washing her hands. My roman burger looked like it had been slid across the floor and thrown into the bag. I would give zero stars if i could.

I'm originally from Ohio, and moved to TN in 2006. I came "home" for a visit and 2 of my friends (also Ohio transplants) and my adult son said they would "die" for Mr Hero. A request of 5 sandwiches total! We didn't think it really could happen. Thank you so much to the young lady and gentleman who work evenings for making that possible!! They provided me with everything a true Mr Hero cheeseburger and cheese steak consisted of. I carried; frozen meats, cheeses, sauteed onions, the mayo, dressing, buns and instructions, in a cooler all the way back to TN. Everyone was "filled" with fond memories and the 2 spouses, (of my friends from TN) sure wish Mr Hero were here. The price it cost in dollars could never compare to the delight in memories. Thank you again Mr Hero in Geneva Ohio ❤️

Ordered the new Waffle Chicken Sandwich and was very dissatisfied with the quality of the sandwich. There was one tiny tomato and one tiny strip of bacon on the sandwich. Didn’t even eat the waffles because they were so greasy. Tried to feed what was left to my dogs and they wouldn’t even eat it. Meal was $11.75. Never giving this place my business again.

Place inside could be a little cleaner but I'm spoiled by the one in Madison . Food was Mr Hero fine, I got the Roman Burger. Cooked in the restaurant or you can pre-order online with the app. No wait, except for the meal to be cooked.

Came in with a coupon for $6 medium Roman burger or cheese steak it had no limit and no expiration date and the girl behind the counter didn't know how to ring it up so she called her manager Amanda and the mgr told her they don't take these coupons anymore because they switched to coupons with barcodes. How can your company deny a coupon that you had printed with no expiration date on it? Guess I will start going to Madison because they honor the coupons they print
