Mr Gyro's Greek Food & Pastry

The food & service are top notch here! Hands down, they have the best veggie pita. One of my all time Greek favorites is a spicy feta dip & I give the Mr. Gyro's version 5 stars. The place is nice, clean, and authentic. If you like Greek desserts, you have to check out their bakery case. I had pumpkin pie baklava which was absolutely delicious.

I feel so fortunate to live close to a Mr. Gyros, and even luckier that my parents live near one too! It’s been one of our favorite Mediterranean restaurants for years. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent, and the service is just as warm and welcoming. Whether it’s grabbing a quick gyro, enjoying their hummus and pita, or sharing a family meal, Mr. Gyros never disappoints. Truly a neighborhood gem we’re grateful to have nearby!

Mr. Euro’s has been my Overland Park go-to for years, and it’s still one of the best values for Greek food in KC. I usually order the Classic Gyro with spicy tzatziki — that sauce is incredible and makes everything better. I’ve also enjoyed the beef souvlaki skewer (well-seasoned and filling), moussaka (Greek “lasagna” with eggplant and beef), dolmades (stuffed grape leaves with lemon), and especially the lemon chicken orzo soup, which is my perfect version of chicken noodle soup. Desserts like baklava and tiramisu are decent, though I still need to try their opera cake. Appetizers like the spicy feta dip and new garlic potato dip are also worth a look. Consistency can be a little uneven at times, but overall the food is authentic, flavorful, and affordable compared to other spots. Solid

I eat here at least a couple times a week, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, the service is consistently great, and they get your order out fast. Extra stars for that alone. My go to order is the Chicken Plate and the Steak Salad both are always delicious. Their tzatziki sauce is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had, super flavorful and fresh. And don’t skip the cakes! They’re unbelievably good.. Highly recommend this place.
