Mr Bagel Windham

I’m a big believer and short reviews. This Mr. bagel blows it out of the water, friendly staff, great prices. And amazing food.

Stopped by for a quick bagel and coffee. The service was fantastic and the young people behind the counter were super friendly and helpful. The bagel was unbelievably fresh and there was a surprisingly large assortment of cream cheese flavors to choose from. I was really blown away by the diverse choices of coffee to choose from. It’s obvious that this location is under new management because the photos and comments in previous posts don’t match the updated layout, furnishings, menu and hospitality.

This is the only mr. Bagel location I've never had a good experience in !! Girl at counter was tired and very rude this morning. I didn't know requsting my bagel being toasted so it was actually toasted would make her so angry !! Bagel wasn't toasted her attitude was so noticeable her coworker asked her to relax and she said she was too tired !! Be friendly, do your job right and make the customers order right !!!

Staff members were super nice, but the bagels were definitely a huge disappointment. They tasted like they were a day old, or maybe previously frozen. Might have just been an off day but I’m not sure. They also charge extra if you want your bagel sliced? Which just struck me as kind of weird. Wouldn’t go back, but like I said, the staff was super nice, and the store was very clean.

The people were great the fact that they asked if butter was okay for a lactose free meal was awesome!
