Mountain Mike's Pizza

Very disappointed with our visit at the Waterford Mountain Mike’s Pizza. Beer was hot and they only had two out of 5 working drafts on tap. 2/3rds of the sodas are working and have zero carbonation. There were no napkins on the tables. You can’t use coupons here. Plus, they charge $.50 per ranch! I ran to the market next store and bought a bottle of ranch; I should have bought a six-pack of beer and soda while I was there! What a rip off this place is. The staff isn’t even in Mountain Mike’s attire and they wear the next door coffee place’s shirts and hats.And pizza takes over an hour before it gets to the table. The poor guy at the register can’t apologize enough and anyone can tell there is a lack of care the ownership has for this place. I feel generous with giving them two stars onl

I called Mountain Mike’s in Waterford to ask what their specials were, and the response I received was, “All the specials are listed online or on the mobile app.” I found that to be very rude. I called specifically so I could place an order over the phone not be redirected elsewhere. It would’ve taken just a few seconds for the employee to tell me what the specials were.If they can’t even take the time to provide basic customer service over the phone, it really makes me not want to spend my money there. I ended up ordering from a different pizza place instead, and honestly, I probably won’t be back for a while. Do better.

I have never received a Supreme pizza with so little topping. This is definitely not worth the money. Also tried using a fundraising card and it was denied. I have worked as a manager of a pizza place and would honor all fundraising.

Best pizza in Waterford, hands down!!! The crust was perfect, the flavor was on point, and Mountain Mike’s totally nailed it. The staff is super chill, and the cozy vibe made the whole experience even better. This is our go-to spot, a perfect place to enjoy with the family again and again!

Ordered a large double pepperoni and cheese on Sunday evening 1/2/23, no toppings at all around the last 3rd of the pizza, notice the piece on the bottom with no cheese or toppings…$32, premium prices for carelessly prepared pizza. I can pay less for better pizza and friendlier employees elsewhere.
