Mountain Mike's Pizza

I did the lunch buffet. I only had to wait one time for a specific pizza. There was still cheese, and a chicken pizza up but Id rather wait for something better. As far as taste, I still prefer Round Table; however, our Round Table has a pretty dated instore experience. This place is new, very nice inside... the buffet costs an extra $3 more than RT. There was wifi which is nice. It was pretty busy there but I didnt find a significant issue with service.

I’m now 15mins on hold to check on an order I had waited 90mins for. I’ll update the review if I ever get the pizza. ——- Ok, we’re back. When we ordered using the app, we were quoted 75min - busy Friday, ok. When we hit 90mins I called the store. I was put on hold through the system for about 2mins, then someone picked up the phone, said “please hold” and put me back into the queue. I was on hold for 15 more minutes, then someone picked up the phone and clearly just set it on the counter. This lasted for about 5min and then my pizza showed up. I hung up after 20mins without talking to a “team member”. Driver was friendly and thanked me for the tip (by the sound of it, the drivers definitely deserve it). Pizzas were good! I had a truly wonderful birthday celebration at Mountain Mikes. The service was truly excellent, with the staff member being attentive and making the evening feel special. The food was delicious, which my family and I enjoyed, it made for a memorable and very satisfying birthday experience, thank you<3

I got here at about 12:30 PM for the lunch buffet. It costed $12.99. All of the pizza was gone except for a few slices that appeared to have been sitting out for over an hour. The last couple slices left were dried out and disgusting. They were out of iceberg lettuce at the salad bar and the drink dispenser syrup for the root beer was apparently also gone because i ended up with a mouthful of carbonated water. There were people waiting in line for more pizza and people either left or ordered a pizza. This is an extremely overproced place to have this bad of food and service. I will not be returning.
