Mountain Mike's Pizza

Staff was exceptional. Elizabeth and Owen went above and beyond to get a pizza made fast but not making me feel rushed when I showed up just before closing time. First time checking out this pizza chain. I'm just glad I tried it in this location with this staff first. 1. The pizza was great, loaded with toppings. 2. Friendly staff, very hard working and positive customer service. 3. Prices are reasonable for what you get. I would recommend the Everest!

Food was great, HOWEVER!! there was a WHOLE SLICE stolen out of my pepperoni pizza (photo attached) this was my first time going to the Klamath Falls mountain mikes location and also probably the first time I felt inclined to leave a review, I am hoping the owner see's this and takes action. I went to mountain mikes on 03 May 2025 and placed my order sometime around 5:40pm. Otherwise the experience and taste were great it's just sad that someone would think this would be okay, originally it looked like the pizza was placed in the middle to mask the appearance of a missing slice, I ordered 2 large pizza's and the less commonly favorable one was left intact.

This place is phenomenally bad, I'm amazed that they managed to get every single thing wrong. We ordered ahead b/c we're travelling through and wanted to be somewhat quick. We got there, paid at the counter and sat to wait for our food, some time later my husband went to play pinball, then returned quickly when he saw it was a dollar a game. He checked on our food, and was told that it had been in their warmer waiting since before we showed up. My bbq chicken luau pizza was a greasy, gelatinous mess of undercooked bacon and over sweet sauce, my son's lettuce on his taco pizza was hot, brown, old and wet, my husband's double pepperoni had to be sent back because they did half pepperoni instead, and the garlic knots were somehow burned on the outside and still raw on the inside. Staff was friendly and helpful. They need to prepare more pizzas for their buffet. A sizable crowd came in and they could not keep up with the demand. At one point, there were no pizzas available for about 30 minutes. Makes it tough when you're on your lunch break.

This place is not here yet, but it has a lot of potential to develop in the right direction. With a quality team that is dedicated to consistency and quality, it could soon be an anchor. My meal was prepared excellently—the pizza was fresh, tasty, and you could taste the quality. With a decent staff and attention to detail, this place could be a night out or a weekend place for friends. While the grub was impressive, I did expect a bit more out of the atmosphere. I was hoping for a few TVs in order to watch other games and hear some sports commentary, but the setup was skimpy there. Pricing-wise—yes, it's quite pricey. But food quality is worth at least an inaugural attempt. Affordability: Not really. Quality: Certainly.
