Mosaic Bistro & Pub

After a round of golf game It’s kind of hungry with my golfer fellow Dennis Mack we ended up at Mosaic Bistro &Pub and we dinned with no time cleaned up ours dinner DM had Chef’s special grilled salmon and my dish was the best Philly Cheesesteak l had ever eaten trust me I had been in those part of this country (Philadelphia, NY and NJ). Year 2003 l met this Chef Joey Riley at the up scale Thai restaurant - Nan’s Thai in ALT midtown. He is fromer Chef de Cuisine so please try his Thai dishes He is International Chef no doubt good luck Chef will meet you again soon

Theres alot of diversity in what kind of food to order. From asian based bowls, to chicken wings. The staff is so so nice and the restaurant at night is so cozy. Overall a very welcoming environment.

Loved the Korean cheesy fire chicken buldak, Firecracker Ahi Tuna, and the house Mosaic IPA. Easy FREE parking inside the building and a relaxed vibe make this a solid Chamblee spot.

I had dinner at Mosaic Bistro and honestly, everything was amazing. I ordered the K-Pub Double Burger and the Tuna Tartare, and both were absolutely delicious super flavorful and beautifully presented. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the tuna was fresh with just the right amount of seasoning. The vibe of the place is really nice too, cozy but still a little upscale. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I also tried a few bites of my friend’s Curry fries and they were next level good. Overall, great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Definitely coming back soon!

Literally everything I ordered was fantastic. I even took some risks and ordered some things that were outside of my comfort zone. This is one of those rare places where I think you can probably order anything and it will exceed expectations. Highly recommend! I can during brunch, so I definitely recommend trying their brunch menu. The server was very attentive.
