MOSA Hibachi & Sushi Winfield

This is one of my favorites in town. Although, tonight wasn’t that great. Rice was tough and I requested that my steak to be cooked well done since I’m not allowed to eat pinkish right now, but it’s not well done. I know some customers prefer this but I’m not allowed to eat meat like this. The flavor is good as always though.

Everything was amazing, got a few sushi rolls and a couple spicy chicken hibachi. Only thing I would like to see is an option to pay for extra meat because the portion size is a bit lacking imo

You can smell this food truck from blocks away and it draws you in! I like to call in my order, so I don’t have to stand in line outside while I wait for the magic to be prepared. The hibachi is fantastic. The sushi rolls have gotten smaller over the years, but hasn’t everything? I know I’m gonna wake up thirsty as hell the next morning, but it’s so worth the salt overload in my body. Once that aroma hits my nose, I can’t think of anything else!

My absolute favorite part has to be the serving portions! The quantity besides all the new additions...Oh, it's worth every cent. The waits have always been reasonable for me, and the staff make it all blend to a perfectly reasonable meal for whatever.

This is my favorite sushi place. Its always made fresh, full of flavor, and soooo delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is easy to get to and it always appears clean.
