Moroccan Flame

I stopped by the new Moroccan food truck that just opened in Dallas, and it was a great experience. I tried the Moroccan beef kefta sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and authentic, and you could really taste the spices and seasoning in the meat. The sandwich was perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. I also had a glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea, which was refreshing and paired perfectly with the food. I also tried both baghrir (Moroccan pancakes) and msemmen (Yummy and sweet). They were fantastic—soft, flavorful, and exactly how you would expect them to taste if you’ve ever had them in Morocco. One thing that really stood out was the aroma coming from the charcoal grill. If you’re on Lower Greenville in Dallas, you need to try Moroccan Flame. Honestly, it’s some of the best Moroccan sandwiches we’ve had here in Dallas, Texas. We don’t have many traditional Moroccan spots in the area, but this food truck should not be underestimated. Everything is made to order, and you can taste the freshness right away. The flavors are bold and balanced, especially in the meat and chicken sandwiches — incredibly seasoned and packed with flavor without being overwhelming. The Moroccan tea was also excellent and paired perfectly with the food. They’re open late, which is a huge plus if you’re out in the Lower Greenville area. If you’re nearby, stop by and support this food truck. Truly impressive food, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic food! And all is homemade! I’m currently working though the menu, so far my favorite is either the beef wrap or the chicken sandwich.
