Mimbo Café

Mimbo is absolutely the best! Their menu ranges from breakfast sandwiches to lunch items and desserts! Baked goodies are made from scratch as well as their coffee syrups! Definitely rate them 10/10 from presentation, to flavor, to great friendly customer service!

This is an excellent cafe inside Building A of Medical City Dallas hospital. My co workers and I have enjoyed many a treats and lunches from here. Everything has been exceptional and well priced. Chef Yousef makes his own syrups for the lattes and cappuccinos. His baked goods are like nothing you’ve had at a hospital. He makes Madelines, Nutella cookies, Almond croissants, Nutella pastries among others. Our work team loves the paninis he makes. My favorite is the grilled chicken pesto panini. The flavor is amazing and the service size is much larger than I expected (compared to Panera Bread or Corner Bakery). The customer service has been consistently great thanks to Andrea and the other staff here. It’s always a good idea to stop here during my busy work week. Thank you Yousef and team.

This place is a must try! The owner makes everything from scratch, even the syrups for the coffee which are amazing!! I tried the cranberry chicken salad and my husband got the tuna, both were so delicious and again, everything, right down to the croissants they were on, was made in house. It was so good, my husband has requested I bring him a tuna sandwich every week going forward! They also have so many desserts and pastries and I can’t wait to try them all. So far I have enjoyed everything I’ve tried and highly recommend for anyone looking for breakfast, lunch, sweets, or even coffee! The owner is also so welcoming to everyone who comes in and takes such pride in his work! I hope Mimbo Cafe is around for decades to come!!

I visited this little gem of a cafe. The food is so fresh and delicious! I had a chicken panini and the pastry and desert skills are amazing. A must try is the chocolate hazelnut mousse. You must try this little cafe!

Mimbo is a fantastic spot. I usually come for the coffee, but today I tried the Chicken Pesto panini, and it was amazing. I definitely recommend this place. The pastries and sandwiches are both excellent.
