Morning Rounds bakery

What a wonderful little bakery! Being a nurse, I absolutely love the name and goal. I went a couple times during the soft opening. Everything was delicious! The Cinnamon Blisskit is an amazing little creation. It’s crispy and gooey, mmmmm, get more than one! The brown butter rosemary shortbread was also amazing. The flavors just mix so well together. The cookies were all so tasty and perfect. The vanilla bean cake was incredible. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! Also had an iced caramel latte and pumpkin spice latte. Both so good! Highly recommend!

My friend and I ordered an English muffin and a chocolate chip sea salt cookie that came out HEAVENLY. The English muffin has a crunch outside whereas the inside is warm, buttery, airy but so so chewy. The cookie is just the perfect combination of sweetness and saltiness, while the texture totally steals the show. Will definitely come back 🥰

Stopped by after seeing this place in social media. We loved their baked goods. We tried their chocolate croissants and a rosemary shortbread. The croissant was divine! It’s fluffy and crispy in all the right places. Will definitely be returning!

Morning Rounds Bakery is amazing! I got the salted chocolate chip cookie and the frosted sugar cookie, and both were seriously delicious. The chocolate chip had that perfect chewy texture with a little sea salt on top. The sugar cookie was soft and the frosting was super tasty (and I love the sprinkles). They’re also huge, which makes them an awesome deal. You can tell everything’s made fresh and with care.

Absolutely ridiculous how amazing the pastries are. The ham and gruyere croissant had just enough cheese, and had a lovely cheese pull, which I didn't expect. The pain au chocolat was on par with the ones in France, and the English muffin was soft and fluffy. We got one of (almost) everything and they were fantastic. Coffee choices are lovely, and the price is very reasonable. Definitely a new favorite spot in KC for us!
