These photos say it all, this place is on another level. From the moment the meat hit the grill, you could tell the quality was elite. The beef and pork were thick-cut, beautifully marbled, and insanely juicy once cooked. What really elevates the experience is that the staff cooks everything for you, so every piece comes out perfectly seared without any guesswork. The pork is even pre-seared on a separate smoky grill before being finished at your table, which adds an incredible depth of flavor. The kimchi and banchan are genuinely top tier and fresh, flavorful, and clearly made in-house. The kimchi grilled alongside the pork was unreal, and the tofu stew was rich, spicy, and comforting. Even the extras like the cheesy corn/egg dish and the noodles were standouts, not just filler sides.

Moobongri BBQ soft opened today! We swung by to try out our new KBBQ spot - they have a focus on pork! Beautifully hip interior, which is what I imagine they spent the last two years building! Staff were extremely attentive even with the soft opening learning curve. I believe they're the first of the KBBQ places here offering an after meal fried rice option. A bit on the pricier side & non-ayce, but great quality meat options and portion sizes. The pork was juicy, plump, and not overtly seasoned. A lot of surprising menu options you don't see often either like gopchang (beef intestines) and yukhoe (raw beef tartar.) Excellent friendly service! Meats were cook for you at the table. More pork selection than beef. Meats were partially cooked when it came out so we didn’t have to wait too long for it to cook. Flavorful soup. Steamed egg was too dense, was expecting fluffier. Side dishes included kimchi radish, kimchi bean sprouts, cucumber and seaweed. They didn’t have the bulgogi hotpot the day we went.

Moonbongri BBQ completely blew me away. They cook the meat for you, which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. The meats were cooked perfectly, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy the meal and conversation. The quality of the meat really shines here. The pork belly and pork cheek were both fantastic, and the beef sirloin was tender and flavorful. Everything felt thoughtful and well executed. The seasoned rice with flamed cheese was a standout, along with the kimchi fried rice and the Korean steamed egg. Every dish complemented the BBQ beautifully. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and the overall experience was excellent. They just opened, and it already feels like a place I’ll be coming back to often. Highly recommend checking it out.

Excellent service with elite level Korean bbq in a beautiful space. Coming from someone who's been to multiple Southern California OC and LA k bbq spots and has been to Korea several times, this place is AMAZING. The brisket is great. The kimchijigae is soul healing with the perfect amount of umami you just can’t do at home. But the pork is the star of the show 💫 Berkshire pork, fed barley and played music flown in from Canada. They have aged pork belly and shoulder that is out of this world paired with soju and mekju (beer). Will definitely be coming back multiple times with friends. My new favorite k bbq in Colorado❤️
