Carla is amazing and always a welcoming site when I pop my head in for books. She along with all of the staff go the extra mile. We are so lucky. I particularly love the shelves with the staff picks. It never leads me wrong!

New, clean, helpful staff. Easy to use computers and print out needed papers. Fun to browse books for donation. Easy to request rare books to borrow. Lots of movies to borrow. Many quiet rooms to reserve. Great place.

I WENT TO SCHOOL HERE ON BUS NUMBER 9 BRAND NEW BUS WAS TOTALLED BY DRUNK DRIVER WITH JUST ME ON BOARD 1969-1970 SCHOOL YEAR I LOVED IT GOOD FRIENDS EVERY WHERE BUS WAS DESTROYED I WALKED AWAY WITH A BACK ACHE DRUNK DRIVER RUN US OFF THE ROAD 4 SEPARATE TIMES. BUS BRAND NEW LASTED 8 MONTHS BEYOND REPAIR A LONG CHEVROLET BEAUTIFUL TOO

It’s a nice library, the wifi works well and the people who are working the library want to be helpful to all so that’s a plus

I value the Montrose library and appreciate their efforts to create a safe and inclusive environment for all patrons. I appreciate their efforts to stand up for the First Amendment and not to censure materials that some in our community find culturally inappropriate. We must learn from history.
