Montgomery Free Library

It's a nice library. Currently, you can only be inside it for 30 minutes at a time, probably due to how small the library is. That's understandable, but it's a shame to not be able to enjoy it further. There is only one table, so don't plan to bring a laptop or think to read a book before checking it out - you may lose track of time, as is ever the case when books are involved. I'd suggest not bringing kids, because it will take more time to find a book and then get them out of the library. There is a section for kids, but it's kind of a time-sink at that point. Practically speaking, treat this location as a pick-up and drop-off for books, as it would be quite cramped if multiple people overlapped within their 30 minute allotment. Otherwise, it seemed nice.

Friendly staff always ready to help with anything that you may need.

Staff is awesome and knowledgeable. However, this RCLS location is very small & not open for very long. Also does not participate in library lending program of museum passes like other surrounding museums do.
