I cannot say enough about this company. From the start to the finish Joe was phenomenal! He knew exactly what I was looking for, he listened and then customized a menu that was just right for my event. He even suggested some ideas that turned out to be better than I hoped. A professional through and through. I also appreciated the communication he provided throughout the planning process. As far as the food goes, he took allergies seriously. His staff was fantastic. Top notch. Guests could not stop raving about the hand breaded chicken fingers! Other stand out menu items were the Carne Asada, the fettucine, enchiladas, and peach cobbler.
