If you are dealing with this office make sure you figure out on your own Montana state legislative law and your rights. Make sure you get copies of your own stuff, document everything and if your public defender isn't standing up for you get a new one. Do not be quiet and let them bully you. Record and document everything. Report everything they do to the Governors office and legislature. The only way for this office to change is if attention is continually brought to the things they continue to do despite the laws changing.

Terrible corrupt system in my opinion. They twist your words and do anything they can to keep you on their rolls. Kids for cash. Get online and read parents stories. If you stand up to them they find ways to stop visits or take kids! Once you’re involved with them it is a never ending presence in your life and anyone who gets mad at you can call them again. These guys are trafficking our children. They take them away over hearsay and then promise your children to complete strangers from the start.
