Update: 12-10-25 Ordered some take out, Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Mac and Cheese delicious. Not a super sweet steak 🥩 but a tasty alternative. The crispness was on point! Grilled Chicken Salad and wings were amazing! I’ve had the Prime Rib Philly before, yummm peppers and onions! Taaasty!!! seasoned just right! I will be going back for dinner 8-29-25 Want me some Steak!! Oh yeah! Had me a T-Bone and a Ribeye! They had a Ancho option, didn’t want it spicy tonight though. I will be back again tomorrow night! Oh yeah! Man this place has some of the tastiest food. I laughed when I seen the two squirrels dressed for the upcoming season! Thank you! Photos attached.. Hope Everyone had a Good Christmas! Amazing food and friendly service! This is one of the best steakhouse and I really enjoyed my dinner here. I wanna come back when I come to Newton, Iowa again!

I stopped for after long drive. The cheeseburger and fries were very good, coupled with excellent service. I highly recommend. If I lived closer than 4+ hours away I'd definitely stop in and try the dinners and maybe have a couple drinks from the bar.

Service was good. For the most part, the food was poor to OK. I had the chicken fried steak and it seemed like it was a premade chicken fried steak from a bag. Mac and cheese seemed like typical cafeteria mac and cheese. Baked potato was OK. My daughter’s pork chop was way over cooked. It was a struggle to even cut it since it was so dry and leathery. My wife really did like her Ranch burger though, so maybe try that? It came well done, which is thankfully how she likes her burgers as you don’t get a choice.
