Pam was hungry for lunch at Culver’s in Newton today, so off we went! She picked the restaurant, and I took care of the driving and some of the eating. Pam loves Culver's pretzel bites with cheese dip and had some chicken tenders. I went for the buffalo chicken tenders and fries, with ranch and honey mustard dip on the side. Even though it was super busy during lunch, we didn’t have to wait to order or for our food to arrive. I’m still amazed at how tender their chicken is—it’s incredibly delicious, just like the fries, which are always superb. Every time we’ve been there, the quality of our meals and the quick, cheerful service have been consistently top-notch. This restaurant is very smooth and obviously well-managed, which is no surprise given how busy they are. Thinking only of myself
Stopped in to Culver's for dinner. The building was spotless. The food was excellent. I had the Reuben sandwich meal. Finely shaved corned beef generously piled on rye bread with all the usual. The service was 6 stars worthy. Jack should be employee of the month or quarter or year. That young man has it going on. Competent, confident, pleasant and affable. We really enjoyed interacting with him. I hope I get to come here again soon and witness Jack as a leader in this location.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt because they were really busy, especially for a Monday, but I waited patiently for over 20 minutes in the drive thru. For such a long wait and how busy they were, I expected fresh food, but somehow my fries were cold and soggy, the bun on my burger was stale, the burger itself was cold, the chicken tenders were cold. They forgot the coleslaw with the fish dinner, the fish was warm (not hot) but dripping with grease, and the roll that came with it was hard as a rock. Really disappointed in this location, but luckily I'm just passing through for the night. Not a single item was worth the almost $40 I spent here.
Always pleased with the service and quality of the food, one of the best Culver's around here IMO. Very nice & helpful staff too!
Food was very good, however if you charge for ranch and honey mustard make sure you give people what they ordered oh and you missed fries as well in my order . Overall food was good and ladies up front were nice .
